Baking Day Delight

In English class, we had a treat,
With aprons on, looked very sweet.
Class 4A, B, and C joined in,
With flour on noses and cheeky grins.

We baked some scones, so soft and round,
And cupcakes, too — the best in town!
We mixed and stirred, we laughed out loud,
Our baking made us very proud.

Some kneading here, a sprinkle there,
Delicious scent which filled all the air.
It wasn’t just about the dough,
But teamwork, fun, and eating of course!!
